    Please remember that we need a couple players from each team to come up to the Sports Park Friday night for 5:30 to help set up the beer garden.

    We also need a crew to take down the beer gardens Sunday.

    Tournament prizes for this tournament are awarded by a reverse draw after the last game. Win or lose everyone has equal chance at the prizes. Have fun.

    Please see below for details on our upcoming slopitch season:
    February 19th - Team sign up and $200.00 deposit is due . 14th Ave pub at 7pm. Please send a team rep with your deposit if you are unable to make it. I will only be available to receive payments at this time. We are looking into seeing if E-transfer is an option to our Slopitch account.

    March 13th - Remainder of fees are due. 14th ave pub @ 7pm.
    League Startup- TBD We are hoping to start the 9th of April
    Fees: returning teams are $950.00 new teams are $1050.00

    Reminder that all teams need to have their team jerseys by the first tournament.

  • May 24th:    Scheduling Conflicts

    Due to scheduling conflicts some rescheduled games had to be moved. Games 354, 386.2, and 416 to be specific. Please note the game times as we move into June, double headers have been scheduled. Please see updated Schedule.

  • Mar 28th:    Scores

    Please submit game scores after each game so we can all have up to date league standings. The home team is expected to report the final score within 1 week of the game played. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit against the home team. Visiting team is free to submit them also.

    Email scores to Paul@Missionslopitch.com, or phone/text 604-834-1358. Please include the game ID# in the subject line.


  • Mar 28th:    Rain Out Games

    The Main Page of the website will updated by 5:30 in the event of a rain out. In the event that it is not called by 5:30, show up to the field. If the field conditions are not safe to play on, call the game. Email the details to Committee@MissionSlopitch.com. Rain out games will be rescheduled as soon as possible, and could be as quick as the following week.


  • Mar 28th:    Game Cancellations

    All game cancellations must be reported to Committee@MissionSlopitch.com the night of the cancellation. We need to inform The District of Mission of the cancellation to avoid paying for the usage of the field(s).

    It is the responsibility of the cancelling team to reschedule the game. If it is not rescheduled within one week the team that cancelled shall receive the forfeit. There is a link at the bottom of the schedule page that shows avalable field slots. Team Preferences and Complete Field Schedule.

  • Feb 29th:    League Meeting

    We will have our final league meeting on Monday the 7th of March at the 14th Ave pub at 7pm to collect the remainder of team fees. New teams total are $1050.00 returning teams are $950.00.

    Also as you all know the mid season tournament is up for a team to run the beer garden and take care of the set up and take down.

    I have sent out the SPN reminder today so keep an eye out for the email so you can start getting all of your players to sign the waivers.

    Any teams that haven't done so yet please fill out the game day preference sheet that I emailed out a couple of weeks ago and bring it to the meeting with you.
